contacting bet9ja is not the way out. They will only tell you to contact your bank. Your is between interswitch and ur bank.


I have experienced this problem twice on bonanzawin. You need to mail your bank(well I did the mailing stuff, I could have called).
The subject of your mail should be WEB DISPENSE ERROR. Explain yourself briefly and add the content of the bank alert to the mail.

check their contacts on their website. I've had the same exprience with them, when i called their customer care the lady that attended to me told me to contact my bank and explain to them that i want the transaction reversed. I did complained to my bank(gtb) the next day and the money was credited back to my account about 2days later.
