I just ordered for mine on Amazon through balogunsam I met here on nairaland.
I don't have issues yet with my power steering pump but want to do preventive maintenance as I hear very low sound when I turn the steering wheel all the way on either end.

You'll be better off ordering it online. YouTube videos I watched shows it should be orange colour.

What o-ring? inlet or outlet? The inlet is what will cause a whine. As a poster has said you can get on Amazon or easier you bring out the old one and head to those that sell seals to get a match.
NB: if that o-ring is the cause of your whine, the PS reservoir should have bubbles in it.
Finally, low fluid or the wrong fluid will cause noise as well. Only Honda PS fluid will do. what fluid do you have in the system? Any leaks?
