The solution is simple: Get a girlfriend.

But make sure you use a condom every time and treat her with respect.

I am not addicted but rather I like it..I called it a safe-sex...no pun intended but I wud rather have this than sleeping ard with dead beat men on bed.

swthrt, i am not gonna deceive you,it is really gonna take time to overcome dat,time they say heals everything, the first thing u should do is to ask God for forgiveness,ask for his sufficient grace and help, after that flee from all form of immorality,like watching nude pictures,imagining vain things,watching pornography,and above all dnt stay alone doing nothing,b busy always,at least that will take ur mind off stuffs like dt. D bible says an idle mind is d devils workshop. Goodday

Habits are difficult to break but WITH God,all things are possible. It will take some discipline from you though. As much as humanly possible, abstain from sources of the temptations. Be more prayerful, rely on God. Know God's word and use it in time of temptation, God will help you.

There are enough materials for overcoming addiction online...... Don't be lazy
