Osun is peaceful
Osun is poor
Osun is dry a little
Osun govt might not pay you.
Osun standard of living is low...(Accommodation,food,transportation and other things are very cheap)...
Osun has so many handsome Bae....
Osun social life is coming up small small...

very real, that's even in the state capital...if u are okay wt d conditions i earlier stated, blv me osun is far better compare to oyo...

One of the challenges u may face in oyo is transportation, not that the fare is high but oyo has a very large land mass nd h may found urself in a place very far frm ur ppa

I'm gonna pick osun over oyo anytime anyday. Wish i could serve there dou. In terms of accommodation.. Osun is cheaper.. Let me just put up a scenario. If you wanna server on oyo, u would wanna have your ppa in ibadan. And house rent in ibadan is on the high. Compared to osun where u will want your ppa to be in osogbo.. House rent is pretty cheap.. Just my 1 cent dou.

I schooled in the North. I can always manipulate my places visited to be restricted to the North too.

I intend filling out the online form in this order:

Osun
Akwa Ibom
Enugu.

What are my chances of being granted my desire?

Would appreciate an in depth analysis.

They use to pay until the federal allocation dropped drastically. They are even owing the civil servants thier monthly salaries.. so don't expect any payment for now.. But you will surely enjoy the state because cost of living is low. And if you have your ppa in osogbo then be rest assured of constant electricity.

So, i intend to pick Akwa Ibom Enugu and Osun state. Are these good choices?

Maiduguri and Damaturu aren't states.... But Borno State and Yobe State.... You might want to modify your post...
