How do people effectively drive these cars in Lagos with the bad roads?

And how do they get them fixed when there aren't specialists who can do so around?

Still doesn't answer the question. I am not asking how they will get the money to maintain/service the cars, I am asking where they will find the specialist to do so - different stuffs.

It's implied bruv. If I can afford N100m to buy the car in the first place, N10-20m to fly in a specialist and ship necessary parts is chicken feed mehn!

we normally see all these cars @ ikoyi, VI, Lekki, VGC and other area with a good road

These cars, in these present times are just obscene! I wonder how many Lagosians can afford cars like these if they have earned their wealth legitimately. Just imagine that the Lexus LFA costs close to £300,000. That's about 100 million naira. ..smh!
