A reputable Engineering firm is urgently looking for an Accounts Assistant. Responsibilities: • Reconciling finance accounts Maintaining spreadsheets and specific excel files • Assist in filing and keeping proper books of account • Preparing statutory accounts as directed by the Accounts officer or Accountant • Managing daily post in and out Handling and writing cheques • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment • Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system Managing petty cash transactions Requirement: Applicant must have BSc. Accounting or HND Accounting. Applicant must have between 1 - 2years of experience Experience in Peachtree Accounting Software is an added advantage.
