The moral thing for NGE to do is to return the N100m donation to them.

On Metuh, he admitted receiving N1.4billion for "special purpose". The said company is his. The said company didn't win any contract in accordance with Public Procurement Act. They didn't offer any service to Nigeria. If they did for PDP, PDP is not the owner of Nigeria's treasury. That belongs to Nigeria... They can loot PDP treasury for all I care, but not Nigeria. If Metuh is honourable, he will return the monies he collected... Shikena

The accused is never given the opportunity to state their side of the story. Only a one sided approach by the EFCC. EFCC is the accuser, speaks on behalf of the accused, pronounced the accused guilty, release evidence and investigative information to the press to malign the accused. This is most unprofessional.

The judiciary is put in a very tight corner due to public perception to convict the accused even if the evidence provided doesn't support the conviction. Media trial is what they have been doing; if they have solid evidence to convict let the EFCC take them to court. Where the accused and the accuser are given ample opportunity to state their own side of the case. The lopsidedness by the EFCC is wrong and not done in the best interest of the country but purely for cheap political gains and vendetta.

How is he supposed to deny it when all his fundamental human rights have been seized? Where's the proof that he collected money? Why isn't he being arraigned in court? we watched as abacha used the kangaroo courts in Nigeria to eliminate his oppositions. This is exactly what is happening here

I also expect High Thief Raymond Dokpesi to resign immediately as Chairman of PDP Rebranding Committee. A man with moral question can't rebrand a suffering brand like PDP.
