You can try out CCECC construction company at National Art theatre maybe your luck will shine there.

Go to any post office nearest to you and mail your letter through them. #150 for ordinary mail, 350 for registered mail and 750 for the other type. If you are in school you can still do it through the NIPOST in your school.
