The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara has dismissed reports that Nigeria's 2016 budget proposal submitted by President Buhari to the National Assembly is missing. A tweeter @DemolaRewaju directed this tweet at Dogara: Regardless of conspiracy theories and bants about the missing bill, pressure must be mounted on @bukolasaraki and @doyakubu to find it." The Speaker replied saying, "1st April arrives too early this year on Twitter. 2016 Budget estimates Stolen @NASS?? Pretty funny stuff! It's in the custody of the Clerk to the House of Reps. I can confirm no one has broken into his office."

There is no problem. Obviously, it was smuggled out for supplementary election (sorry supplementary budgeting). Nigerians are already aware we run a government of inconclusiveness. Or better put, 'I dey come government'.
