Well, with thieves like Dasuki, Bafarawa, Dokpesi, Olisah metuh, Jafaru Issa, Obiagena, NBC Boss Emeka Mba, "Fortuna" & company .....sharing the money meant to buy stuffs like Amphibious Vehicle, our soldiers have no other choice than to improvise! Bravo to them!!

But the tragedy will be if we allow these thieves to "escape" punishment.......... even God will be angry with us!
