Ingredients:
-yam
-egg
-salt
-stock cube (crushed*to taste) (optional)
- vegetable oil
- grinded pepper (if desired)

method of cooking:
-peel,wash and boil yam with salt till its thoroughly cooked
- pour the yam into a basket to drain water
- break eggs into it a plate(bowl)
-add little salt, add stock cube add grinded pepper(if desired)then beat(mix)
-put the yam into the bowl of egg
- pot a frying pan on the fire add little oil heat for a min
- put yam into oil, using a spoon, take egg from the bowl and pour by the side to make the yam well coated by the egg.
- turn the yam, fry till its brown
-and its ready to be served

NB:
- you could put oil it a plate and with the aid of a spoon add oil little by little while frying
-other vegetables like pepper,tomatoes, carrot,onion can be added into the egg
don't forget variety is the spice of life.

I tried this, , but my own didnt turnout fine. The eggs didnt stick to the yam.

Its shallow fried not deep frying. So check that next and see the result
