As regards the memo, addressing my long absence from the house and place of office, I hereby tender my apology to the President, members of the executive and the citizens of Golden City.
The long absence was due to efforts made to revitalise the dwindling economy and we all can attest to the partial improvement by the free cash flow in the international market which was suspended before by the governing council.
