Every day they said is a new of mystery and uncertainty. I was around the Sura Shopping Plaza for a business deal and lo and behold, I saw a strange thing, I mean strange... I have seen mallam mai ruwa (A water seller) selling water to people, but this scene seems strange, an office called mai ruwa to put water in their tank. They bought 250 liters of water and the mallam surely have a filled day of pouring water into the tank they used as reservoir. I spoke to one of the guys around why this is so, he said that the plaza has never has access to water that all the office/shops sort for water by themselves by buying from the water vendor and other means...

Op don't assume that everyone resides in your town. Where is the said plaza located?

Sura is around Lagos Island, when you heading towards third mainland bridge, Lagos State
