Military Men Storm Abala Village In Search Of Lost Arms by nwadiuko1(op): 10:51am On Jan 22, 2016
though I can't possibly take pictures because of the security implications I can confidently say that there are more than 300 armed military men ( both police and army) in abala ibeme village in obingwa local government area of Abia state.....harassing people......their grouse is that 3 ak47 riffles were lost during their crack down of biafra protesters earlier this week and that they have info that the guns found their way to this place........the necessary arm of government should investigate and address the issue before it aggravates the already volatile environment....

I l get pictures if I can.

If indeed intelligence report brought the military to that village, believe me the weapons are there.

Abala doesn't need outdated AK47 for anything.
They make their own, they can even make the mordern AK49. Gunsmithing is not rocket science.
Awka does it, abala does it, even individuals can fabricate the stuff.

So the military should come up with different excuse for the crackdown.

Confiscating the guns on ground doesn't confiscate the brains that built them.

Be guided.

On this forum, some people were gloating how IPOB disarmed and stole weapons from the military. They should know how things work in reality. The military will always come for their weapon and they don't come begging you.

What if the guns were not there knowing fully well that this government is known for propaganda? The akwa ibom government house invasion by dss is a case in point.

Abala is known for Gunsmith,

They fabricate standard guns,
if they wanted NAs weapon, they'll go for something far better than the AK-47 NA bandies About.

Those weapons, if not found, will potentially find its way into the arms of arms robbers and/or kidnappers, that is if not with them already. I support every action aimed at recovering the weapon at all cost, we have enough weapons in circulation already.

How were the rifles lost. Were they forcefully taken away from force men? This is a high level of callousness and intimidation and false intelligence if there any sort of intelligence in the reason given
