Talking about UN colours.

This Ukranian Hind flew in the congo.... then fought in Eastern Ukraine while still sporting the pain scheme

Lead to lots of rumors that the UN as involved in the conflict
No difference between Rebel Groups in Ukraine than the Rebel Group in Africa, only difference is the Country supporting the Rebels in Africa can do absolute fokkol, While the Country supporting the rebels in Ukraine....well....Lets just say its a bit more capable!! That's probably why they don't want to get involved!!

Augustus.

We all read the same article, none of the things you are claiming exist in it - you are making very specific claims from very a very broadly worded article.

If you can post technical information, please do, and please do so in a non-confrontational manner.

If you wish to fight... you know where to find me cool

In Nigeria we see this as a command post. Microphone, Samsung TV and Visuals

Bwahahahahaha…

We don't see maps, network and interoperability. This is what we see and what is only left is for BUHARI to sing national anthem for those troops he sees.

So Buhari is watching DSTV while the real C2 System has to do with MAPS, ISR, COMPUTERS, INTEROPERABILITY and many more. Shame!!!!

The old man is logged in Skype or video conferencing that we usually use in universities.

Why are you bringing up old arguments?

We have moved on. If you have a problem, bring it up on the other thread.
I am not bringing up an old argument, I am informing people on this thread that you are deliberately misleading them that SF is not same as SOF

You should accept corrections when you are proved wrong instead of dumping errors and misinformation on this thread and asking for the matter to be moved to another thread, how about all the errors you dumped in people's minds on this thread, who cleans it up and corrects it for the sake of the people you are misleading?

Did you see the inside of the vehicle and observe other complementary equipment? Did you even see the power source for that screen, any device powering it in the remote desert? Did you see any antenna? Did the army show you the whole vehicle equipment load out?

They brought out the TV for the president to use outside the vehicle so that the crown of hundreds of people can stand beside him, or you want to pack that crowd with the president inside one Toyota?

Ask yourself why it is right for you and your friends to dump error and false information on this thread, leave it there to mislead innocent readers, and then ask for the matter to be moved to the other thread. Why did you not start dumping your error loaded comments and DELIBERATE falsehood on the other thread in the first place?

Please move this argument to the other thread, enough of it already.
Sure I will, but before I do, I had to CORRECT THE DELIBERATE MISINFORMATION posted here by the South Africans, or why should this thread become a place to dump errors and misinformation, and the other thread a place to 'resolve it' ? Is this thread a dumping ground for DELIBERATE misleading information for Africans to swallow?

All these arguments start where you make a provocative and false statement, Nobody said anything about your Eagle system when it was first posted by @Henry240.

It was only when you brought South Africa and the Chaka C2 system in to the debate, that we retaliated.

AND BTW my last post wasn't directed to you, it was directed to my fellow South Africans.

Your fellow South African @frumentius started it in December, he posted Chaka C2 here and said this is an SANDF equipment that Nigerian army does not have....you started it. I am NOT retaliating, I am CORRECTING him and others like him. Do not judge other African militaries when you do not have access to all their equipment inventory.

Agreed, however, if everyone of us decides to have the last comment, we would end up derailing this thread.

You are the one making claims about the Eagle system... claims you cannot substantiate.

Its a neat high mobile command post, most people who saw it here were like "oh, thats cool" and kept scrolling.

But nobody here knows what is in it or what it can do - so no one discussed it.

Since you know nothing about it, please refrain from making claims about it.

Thank you.

Agaugust.... no where does it say what the Eagle command post actually is.

You cannot say he is wrong because you DONT KNOW WHAT THE EAGLE VEHICLE IS.

So, unless you can provide info that clearly states you have a combat managment system, @frumentius stands as being correct and your claims stand as fictitious.

Now, please stop sh1tting up this thread - it is clear to us that you have spent too long on the other thread and your animosity towards RSA is clouding your judgment.

AU seems to have lost the drive, no clear plan, strategy or cordination. Each contributing country seems to be doing its own thing, when it feels like. Since the attack kenya is spending its own money to strike back, At this time somali needs its own large trained force, Amisom shouldnt be the primary force, so that Amisom's role would be hunting down AS and not stretching forces to protect territory

i suspect proforce to have been involved in this project as i assume the vehicle would be armored.

i'm seriously proud of our army for their innovative and local approch at modernizing the force.

This is evidence of the high standard of our military institutions.
