how, i downloaded OTA, the phone notified me about the updated, i wasnt even the one dat downloaded it

someone help out... I can't find the files in my Internal Memory but the memory says the files are inside...

Having the same issue after successfully upgrading to marshmallow. Phone is not rooted.

i dont know what that means, i only saw on my phone that there was a new update, i accepted it, restarted it, it showed the android logo working, then when the bar got full it restarted again but this time it started showing some spinning ball, ever since then its been doing that till now

Sorry bro, you need to flashh Android One ROM all over again before you upgrade, or you will continuously get error message...even if you unroot.

You may use Android One Toolkit program, first unroot the use the program to relock bootloader, then try to download and install update...perhaps it might just work.

Search Google or XDA Developers for Android One Toolkit.

If u've not receive the update automatically, just backup your phone and format the phone and restart as if u bought it new and check for update u will get it. That how I got mine. QUOTE ME ANY DAY OR TIME

choose portable, it ll allow u move files in and out, as external memory.

that is easily solved by pulling out d ba3 1 or 2ce, it ll boot up. dat ll b d process to tepeat even after rebooting, tho it might not b all of d time or wen u want to turn d phone on. daz hw I get mine going,tho iz frustration, was even thinking it resulted from my manual upgrade.

Infinix can be stupid anyway.After I've upgraded to mm, since a week ago, I now saw the crazy normal system update this morning, 830 +mb for that matter, when I updated with just 630mb . Worst of all, I couldn't stop it from downloading, the thing just dey go ni,sucked up all the data I was using before I even noticed.. Thank God for MTN and psiphon in my life na so I rush go buy mtn card.The thing don download finish sha, buh i can't upgrade twice.. Naah

For those of you not seeing your files, but you can see your memory used up. The best option you've got is to factory reset your phone. That's why backing up your files before upgrading to mm must be taking seriously.
The mm hasn't been bad so far... Mine lags on very rare occasions . And for those having contacts ish, just import them from your Sim card. My phone shows the name of anyone who calls me, along as the number is on my sim.

Don't mislead people! You cannot have upgrade to twice! Difference in size may be due to different factors like variant type (1gb RAM or 2gb RAM), status of phone before receiving the upgrade update i.e. if your phone is on the current or last update to usher in Marshmallow, or there fixes for your phone.

The only update to be downloaded after OS upgrade is bug fixes and enhancements!

Am misleading no one... I got mine twice...
