I used it in school in my time. One won't get electrocuted as long as the electric conductor doesn't touch the body of the stove. Ideally the heating element alone is not suppose to cause electric shock but to avoid stories that touch I placed materials that don't conduct electricity on top of the stove.

let me get something straight. He carried electric cooker and put inside the Kerosene compartment of a kerosene stove and this is somehow an innovation. My God! Look how dirty the stove is sef. It would be better if he had created a self-automatically cleaning stove.
