Hello house, I need your advice on how to go about this. My sponsors statement of account was printed from the 2011 till date. Just about five pages. He open the account with about 6m and has never withdrawn a dime from the account. The problem is that the money is usually rolled over every 180 days I.e its goes to fixed deposit account and this is visible on the SOA. The money is meant to mature into his account by first week of march. My question now is, can this serve as a good Soa? He also wrote a letter stating that the funds will mature by march and will be available to pay the balance of my fees which is about 11k canadian dollars (1500 deposit has been paid). He also stated he has no need for the money until now. I have 2m in my account. The balance in the account aside the booked sum is about 200k. House please advice. I intend to apply by next week.

Kindly advise me on how to go about this. I was denied Student Visa for the following reasons:

1) Pursuant to Section 219 of the immigration and refugee Protection Regulation, I am not satisfied that you
***have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue
***have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study
***have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada to pay the costs of transporting yourself and any family members who are accompanying you to and from canada.

2)You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors including
***Travel History.

For the first reason, I had over CAD$60, 000= (N10.5m) in my accounts during the time I applied in November 2015 with a tuition of about CAD$30,000= but I invested it in a Treasury Bill with entry shown in the account and a letter from the bank showing that a T Bills exists on the account. I did not apply for work permit but I intend to do that when I arrive Canada.

For the second reason, I did not include past Passports showing I had traveled out of the country (Including the UK) and returned. I have another opportunity to re-apply for the deferred admission.

Do I need to include evidence of properties when I want to re-apply later this year?

IMO there really isnt any difference. if u have a special situation in ur app that u want the vo to know about i.e. u want to expalin something unusual/special I would advice that u tag ur lettet as LOE but if it is just the normal letter outlining ur purpose in career and canny i wld suggest u tag as SOP.
as per the format. write as an informal letter. ur address at the top right and the embassy at the left. then put an heading. the contents follow and u sign off. cest fini my dear. chikina.

Please I need help searching for acommodation . I'm heading to Seneca college in May. And I don't have acommodation yet. I have contacted admission office but all to no avail. It's been very difficult and a big challenge. Is anybody aware how else I can could get acommodation please. I can't submit my TRV application without proper acommodation arrangement. I will implore you to tackle the(3 reasons) for your previous denial ,get the necessary documents. Letter of explanation,is just ordinary letter. You will just need to explain all the new documents you missed in previous application,and you trying to add to this New application. You can itemize it and make it brief.
On medical, i think is off no use again... I stand to be corrected "House".
