that may even be America. We are almost buried in snow here in New York. We have close to 15 inches of snow and expect more inches before it's done.

Except their is storm, we go about with our lives. Appropriate cloths and shoes are essential. The ground is going to be much colder than the air temperature and if your shoes have thin soles, you‘ll lose a large amount of body heat through your feet.

The bus, malls, schools are warm. It's just the outside and you don't want to spend much time outside.
