A Female front desk officer/receptionist is needed urgently at Tenstrings Music Institute for our Ikeja Centre in Lagos.

VACANT POSITION:Female Front Desk Officer

Core responsibilities are as stated below

To welcome and guide the coming students and clients about the courses and services being offered by the institute, in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
To maintain student record and disseminate information to them promptly
To collect fees from the students, promptly follow up debtors and take actions towards discontinuing the services they receive when balances are overdue, and manage all such records.
Filling, bookkeeping and scheduling of all companies business and administrative activities
Maintaining a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby.
Assist in development of ideas and tools to increase company efficiency, help in creating publicity and manage.

She must be very smart, fluent in writing and speaking English Language and must be able to use the computer well.

Applicants should stay close to Ikeja or its environs and should be enthusiastic.
