Of what use are your goals when they don't win your team the biggest trophies. There z a difference netweren scoring a lotta local goals and scoring and making positive impact with your goals/assist on the global stage


History remembers u when you make ur goals/assists win d biggest trophies. Btw hazard and neymar are wingers who play further up and are expected 2 score goals so its only logical they be judged by goals more than CMs

Lampard assisted at camp Nou....He played 7 semifinals and he failed to score or assist in just 2 of them,In both semifinals the team scored 2 goals combined....
That's how important he is..

Highest English scoring midfielder for the NT, clearly his failure to win with the NT is not due to his failure same way Messi isn't at fault for Argentina's woes.....

Xavi is very very very very very good too,in his own way.... Xavu might not be the best of all time in mastering the midfield but Lampard is the greatest ever in getting you the goals

Xavi is not as good as he is because he had the backing of a team of Spaniards. He's revered today because he's a natural footy maestro. Spanish team or not, he would still have excelled.

Lampard's playing style is too mechanical. Even if he played for Spain, he wouldn't had as much success as Xavi.
Didn't he play along side Steven Gerard & Joe Cole(Gareth Barry)?.
Are those players not almost equal in skill when compared with Spain's midfield triumvirate?


Don't compare Lampard with Xavi @ all. The fact that he scored more goals doesn't give him an edge either.
