I was watching a TV series last night;Shameless and it got to this scene where a girl's(Fiona) phone rung, she asked her co-worker what it means if there's a "+" sign in front of the number calling and here's the coworker's reply. (In pictures below) Even in movies/TV series are we regarded to fraudsters...
