If you read the two texts above, you will understand that one thing is similar. The books are closed!

What is the meaning of books?
From scriptural understanding, books represent destinies.
Hebrew 10:17 says “then said I, lo I come in the volume. It is written of me to do thy will oh God”.
Based on the above scriptures, everybody has a volume of book written of him, of which he must fulfill before leaving the world stage.
This book of destiny contains the volume of your operation on earth.
No matter how smart you are, you cannot achieve more than the volume written of you. But you can increase the volume through prayers.
Having said that, the problems with many destinies today is that in the spiritual realm, their books of destiny are closed. Just like in the case of Modecain who was a gate man instead of being a Prime Minister. But thank God, in the book of Esther 6:1, his book was opened and his destiny shined again.
Friend, as you are reading this message, in anyway your book is caged or closed I command it to open now in Jesus name. Amen.

There are three things that can close your book:

(1)Sin: The bible said righteousness exalteth a nation but sin is a reproach. Did you hear that? Sin is a reproach. Friends, beware of sin. If you have not repented of your sins, repent now. If not, you are the one closing your book.

(2)Familiar Spirit: Micah 7:6 said “A man’s enemies are that of his own house” Lets break it down. Simply put, your problems are coming from your “house”, so that is why it is called “Familiar” Spirit. It takes a man or demon that knows you well to attack you from a closed range. Any attack from a closed range does not miss its target. That is why another name for Familiar Spirit is House hold, witchcraft. In other words, anybody that knows you so deeply has become a kind of Familiar Spirit to you. So be careful with anybody that knows you too well.
When I was a kid, one of my maternal uncles was killed by his best friend.
Having said all these, Familiar Spirit is that spirit that knows your foundation; that demon that carries your data to other demons in order to attack you.
Have you ever thought about it, that each time you discuss a major business with a client that should give you a major breakthrough, the following day, it will flop. Why? Because a familiar spirit is following you, listening to your discussions. Do you believe in deliverance? Wake up, we are living in a spiritual world. From today I declare a war against every Familiar Spirit in your life in Jesus name.
Pray this prayer before you continue:
Oh Lord, fight my invisible battles in Jesus name.
Oh Lord, I disconnect any familiar spirit attached to my destiny in Jesus name.
Every remote control manipulating my destiny, be destroyed in Jesus name.

(3)Your Fellow man: The number three factor that can close your book is your fellow man. I need not to dwell much in this one. It is already known that 95% of man’s problem is caused by his fellow man. Let me repeat Micah 7:6 “A man’s enemies are the members of his household”. So, a man’s enemies are his fellow man.
Some biblical references:
In the book of Genesis, the brothers of Joseph became his undoing. They did everything to stop his destiny.
In the book of Mathew, when Jesus was born, Herod did everything to stop Him. The beautiful ministry of John the Baptist was cut short by Herod.
In Acts of Apostles, chapter 12, Herod killed James, the brother of John.
So who is your Herod that wants to stop you?

The other day I travelled abroad, I saw a young man suffering so much and the Lord said to me: his father cursed and tied him in his evil alter. I prophesied to the young man that within 24hrs his Herod will die. The following day his father died. Though it looks painful, that became the end of his reproach. Your Herod might be your uncle, your brother, your father, your neighbor, etc.

My beloved, it is only through the mercy and power of God that your closed book can be opened; the Herod in your life can be removed. It is only God that can fight the battle for you and give you victory. For God to fight for you, you must be on His side. To be on the side of God means you have repented of your sins, you have received Jesus and have made Him your Lord and personal Savior. Have your made Jesus your Lord and personal Saviour? If you have made Jesus your Lord and personal Saviour, you have become a child of God, a member of the Kingdom of God. From that stage God will take over your battles and give you victory. God will remove any Herod in your life and give you peace.
If you have not yet become a child of God, a member of the kingdom of God, you can become a child of God now, by humbly praying this prayer:
Lord God Almighty, I thank You for Your message. I come to You in the name of Jesus. I confess that I am a sinner. Have mercy upon me. Forgive me all my sins. I shall not go back to them again.
Lord Jesus, I believe You are Son of God and You came to the world to save me. I believe You died for me. You were buried and on the third day You resurrected for my justification. I now surrender my life to You to give it a meaning. Come into my heart and be my Lord and personal Saviour. Cancel my name in the book of death and put it in the book of life. Wash my heart with your precious blood and give me the power to live as a child of God. From today, I promise to follow you and serve you.
Lord God Almighty, I thank You for answering my prayers. Take the glory in Jesus name. Amen.

Beloved, having humbly said this prayer be rest assured that you are now saved. You are now a child of God. Join membership of a bible-believing church near you where the raw gospel message is preached consistently. Be an active member. Be working in any of the departments in the church. This will help you grow spiritually and be receiving all the promises God has made to His children.
