I can link you up with an agent close to the UI plaza; close to the school gate. But the price he told me about on monday was 55 for the full package but subsequent payment be 30k. Another agent has one for close to a 40k with subsequent payment of like 24k.

4 different apartments shown; proximity to school. Nice toilets, cool kitchen. Be good you are in ib to check it out yourself, though.
