I also heard that one would be open to the opportunity of bcoming direct staff easily after 1year with gtb and even one could apply to other banks as a full staff easily all bcox one is coming from Gtb as an experienced contract staff.

Well our prayers presently for us working as T.O'S (CONTRACT STAFF) in gtbank is for God to perfect His work of a bettter job so that we can give way to people like you who will not heed to advice but like to experience things by themselves.
But anyway, in all u do God has the final say and prayer does work wonders.
Gtbank pays 68k for a start and after a year u be getting 83k for life if u r not converted.

The issue with their conversion now is that it is the operation head that will recommed you, so if u have issues with ur operations head, you are on your own and trust me most operations head love to frustrate ur life out of you.

You work and work, but u get the blames for everything and ur peanuts, while you watch them been promoted.

And if you are converted after two years bro and with your level of experience, if a new bsc holder got employed, without minding ur experience, the person will still receive far above ur salary. A new bsc holder gets like 210k while you with your experience and after your conversion you will be getting 130k.

But in all pray that God direct ur steps. I have seen people who joined as a contract staff but got a good employment offer through customers. And wherever you may find yourself, never settle there for ever especially if you feel that there is something better waiting for you outhere (which is the truth) then never stop looking out for it by diligently applying to other positions.

I pray God to help you in your future endeavours bro as that was the best prayer ever gotten from a stranger to me.

It's a transaction officer's position.

With the advice av gathered here, I think I will av to GP for the gtbank and hope for a betta future.

But d only prblm is my cv carries Accounts Officer all thru my 3jobs and am also into ican presently. Will bank experience not spoil the Accounts experience sha?
