I believe you're a very young man with little or no experience in these kind of issues. But it's good you didn't come at me with insults so I'd come at you maturely.

First of, it's a crime for an (just one oh) 18 years old to have sex with an 14 years old (regardless of who's male or female). This is because 18 years old male and female are regarded as adults and have minds of their own. But a 14 years old, even if into the act, must have been molested before or allowed by silly guardians to watch pictures or movies for people above their ages.

At about 7 - 9 years of age, my uncle's house help who was say about 18 - 20 asked me to have sex with her, while telling me where to put it, how to put and how to ride her and to you, it's not a crime right? Of course it's a crime because I was a kid and she was a damn adult. There were many adults out there, why didn't she go share it to them, why pick a kid?

Secondly, I can believe it if one of the guys got her consent before having sex with her but four of them? Never. A 14 years old kid can never allow 4 able bodied men to have sex with her, no matter how spoilt she is. By the way, even if they still got her consent in this case, then they are all guilty of child molestation because she's still a kid, a damn kid and not an adult like them.

But you see some guys, being in the room first time with a woman, trying to have sex with her and if she refuses, they resort to begging, if she refuses, they apply physical force. Not supposed to be so.

Exactly. That's what I would have loved some guys to reason before saying all these craps. If I have a 14 years old daughter, she can't tell me she was raped (God forbid tho) and I reason she's lying. As a matter of fact, the man will pay with his life..

If those judging had said the suspects r guilty of child molestation, i'll totally agree with em.....but rape, we should wait for the judges.
