Congrats guys. Through to next round. Nice to finally see Elneny. Welcome back Coquelin and Rosicky. Akpom also scored a hatrick today. |

Onward to fifth round and great to see Coq and Sanchez come unscathed. Also good to see El Nenny 's debut, tidy player that's not afraid to shoot he looks. That said 2 observations. For all the criticism of Per,it's apparent he's holding-piece in our centre back.Gabriel and Koscielny play like two strange bed fellows together and their partnership is as rudderless as it comes.Hopefully we get another calm personae to replace Per as he fizzles out. Secondly, the earlier Carzola returns the better for this team. He's so integrally to our possessional game it's crazy. The closest we have to him he's recycling and keeping possession, and also transitioning and building attack from the defense is Arteta and he's a non starter right now. Meanwhile Iwobi will develop into a great midfielder if he keeps his head.He has all the right qualities. |

An0nimus:Why must they make it to the EPL?If they make it to any good team in Spain,Germany of France under a good coach with quality playing time, that's good enough |

proudly9ja:When a player has not fully developed, going on loan to a lesser team may not be best for him. But when he has fully developed, he would need more opportunities to express himself, then a loan move would be a good idea. Kelechi is just 18/19, he needs about 3 more years to develop. If by then he still warms the bench, then he could leave. Nevertheless, I think that in 3years, Kelechi would become a regular at City. The kid is good. |

JustKay3:Gabriel and Koschielny are similar, both are fast, rugged, and prefer playing a high line. Per is a contrast, he is calm, calculative, and reads the game well. For Per, with his size and calmness, he is difficult to dribble, but once beaten, his recovery is poor. For now Per is the better partner to Kos, Gab's poor awareness led to Costa's goal vs Chelsea, but he is forgiven. I think that with more playing time together, Gab and Kos will offer us a better partnership. They only need 5 games really. |

Those ineffectual buffoons fans of barca... always rotating this thread... them get problem for their own backyard... nah arsenal dem carry for head like say nah trophy... Tico... with two red carded players... left with 8 outfield players nd a goalkeeper stood their grounds at Nou camp... Enrique no be coach at all... you're playing 9ine players and you seat deep... who those that...?! Watch other teams employ Athletico formation against Barca... You're 2-1 up and scared of attacking... attacking 9 players... so tay... for where we dey watch ball... people dey ask... who dey home...?! the red card no show at all... Granted... you guys won... but it's all down to players brilliance rather than tactical depth.... I rest my case... |

pelvicky:Did you watch the match...?! the last ten minutes... Tico had the ball not Barca... playing 2-1 with 8 outfield players is low by all Barca standards... A true Barca fan would acknowledge that... |

pelvicky:Small small... we go talk true... so you know you sat deep and didn't attack again... even playing on the counter just like Chelsea would... check your previous post... you even uploaded a pic of your coach... go back to read it... and you said you weren't scared of attacking... Even with 8 outfield players... Barca fans kept saying Tico go equalise... abeg... stop being economical with the truth... Enrique couldn't come up with a tactics to beat 8 outfield players... barca won that game from individual brilliance rather than the tactics of the coach... |

iPopAlomo:Bwahahahahaha what a clown this guy is. Is the essence of football not winning? No wonder ur useless club is d bïtch of every big team it meets; always being bullied. Did your useless club not get a red card in d first half against Chelsea just last week? Going by your burukutu logic Chelsea should have walloped your team. 3 points is all that matters in footie, whether u score 1 goal or 10 is immaterial |

BarcaBlood:I don't expect you to reason logically... but I'll ask you a simple question... what is the philosophy of Barca you fans are always quick to wipe our faces with... ![]() If Chelsea plays like that... it is expected... it surprises no one... but when the supposed best football team in the whole word start to park the bus... wahala dey... |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by iPopAlomo(m): 9:24am On Jan 31, 2016 |
BarcaBlood:And by that same burukutu logic... We still pressed Chelsea up their own half... earning reviews from fans and pundits alike... but when Tico presses barca at Camp Nou...?! with two man deficit... questions need to be asked about your coach... Wining ugly is not Barcelona's philosophy... |

"earning reviews from fans and pundits"?? ![]() I no know say Arsenal don turn movie wey IMDB and Metacritic go dey give review. Ontop match dat u lost o.... U see, this is the failure and mediocrity we've come to love abt Arsenal and its fans. One team went home with all 3 points. Another went home celebrating reviews from fans and pundits. Chai! Failure is a fûcking bâstard!!!! |

iPopAlomo:Barca's philosophy is to win at all times, whether against a 11-man team or a 9-man team, and win we did. I dunno which match u watched but when u claim barca parked d bus against atletico @ camp nou, den d alomo u pop in ur moniker must b really affecting ur sight |

iPopAlomo:Like I said barca's philosophy is to win, playing good football then comes next. Or what's d essence of playing good football without winning? Arsenal might be content with that but definitely not barca, we pride ourselves in great things; winning. Not earning great reviews after going a man down and still end up losing. If that's ur clubs philosophy then its no wonder u lots can go 9 seasons without a major trophy and still keep d same manager winning is all that matter in football and win we did against atletico. D rest are irrelevances |

iPopAlomo:ugly? we took control after 20 min....score 2goals in a space of 8 min.... after they are reduced to 9men...their goal threat greizman was sub out...it will be a miracle 4 them to score....we surrender d ball to them .And you call that ugly.. ![]() so...when arsenal defeated man.u and score 3goals in 15min.. didn't they gave man.u the ball 4 the rest of d match can we call that ugly?? |
