: Neymar Faces 5Years Jail Time The Office of the Public Prosecutor in Brazil has decided to sue Neymar, Josep Maria Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell for alleged tax evasion and document tampering, according to reports. From what's being speculated, Neymar and his father, who is also amongst the accused, are suspected of having created three shell companies and tampering with documents . "It is patently clear that Neymar and his father established the companies with the sole purpose of paying less in tax ", assures the public prosecutor. Neymar could face 5 years in prison if found guilty of the crimes. The Prosecutor's complaint insists that they used the shell companies to facilitate the star's move to Barça, hence Bartomeu and Rosell also being charged.
