Happy Sunday mamas. Old timer here although not a regular poster.

Please does any have any experience with this? I was diagnosed with pcos as I had long cycles going to about 6 months without a period. Recently I took Fertilaid and metformin for a month and got a very light period not enough to wear a pad, only observe when I wipe, sometimes stains my pant and lasts for 3 days.
It has been coming regularly for 3 months now, every 28 days.
Any input on the cause and how I can improve the flow?

@foe123 you are welcome to this family i pray ur stay here will be so short cos you will port sooner than you expect to the pregnancy thread, don't worry there is no problem witout solution you can start wit eating carbbage raw in the morning and last tin at night or use the ewedu therapy they are all to reduce high prolatin and our sabi mamas will come to tell you what you will use for the pcos, cheerup all will be well stop been confused and worried just pray be joyful and do the needful and leave all else to God he knows best.

God bless u, thanks for your advise. Am under fasting and prayer with hubby, I have stopped the fertility drugs (bromergon and pregcare and conception). Since the Pcos didn't show up till after using the drug. Or maybe it was there,just wasn't seen. I beg I don't know again oooo

Why not try vitex? The pcos might have been there without you knowing till you started ttc. For high prolactin, try ewedu therapy with 50mg vit b6. Also eat cabbage as if your life depended on it. LadyG mentioned first thing in the morning and last at night is more active. Once prolactin is gone, with a good gyno you can easily conceive with pcos after induction.

@foe123, your stay shall be short and fruitful. Pls relax and don't allow anxiety set in because it has a way of reducing conception chances. You can't loose your husband, the devil is trying to work on your mind by instilling fear in you. Continue with your prayers, get a good gynae, take your medications and you can also try out what the sabi mamas have suggested because so many sisters have tried it and it has actually helped them. *donotentertainfear*

Its a good thing you have identified the problem... Its nothing new and they have various solutions.
Some mamas have already given you options. For the high prolactin there are orthodox medicine's of parlodel and dostinex. Unorthodox solutions are eating cabbage or ewedu therapy with vit b6. Id advocate for the natural options cos the side effects of parlodel is a biatch.
For PCOS you should get inositol, fairhaven has a brand of inositol. Fortunately for me, the medicine I bought for weightloss contained inositol and vit b6 and I think that worked for me. If you are on the big side you should start a lifestyle change of exercise and dieting.

Most importantly, when you start treating these problems you need to RELAX. You are still in your honeymoon phase, your husband is not the only only son in Nigeria. Unnecessary stress and pressure would just work against you.
