Obama does not need to be tried before ICC because he busted Osama ( we all know Osama was a condemned murderer and terrorist ) but definitely George Bush ( Iraq war ) and Vladmir putin ( Ukraine war ) needs to appear before the ICC .

George Bush and Vladmir Putin never committed crime against their people because they value their people more than power. But many African leaders value power than their people.

It's a tricky one. While the concerns of some leaders might have merit, some wicked African leaders with blood of Innocent people on their hands in Africa would use the excuse to want to evade justice.
