He became president May 2015, are u saying there were no funds for him to utilize? what about security votes between then and now? what budgetary apprropriation are u talking about? have civil servants not started receiving january 2016 salaries? has the non passage of the budget stopped that? u need to learn more no doubt.

I guess Lai Mohammed, can pointedly list out the superior arms PMB bought since May 29th 2015. Also, PMB should publish the Material Test Certificates of these supposedly superior arms and ammunitions.

Recent revelations has revealed that the bulk of the money meant for arms went to private pockets so what do u expect. If they are sub standard, the soldiers on the war front wont have the confidence to face BH. They will be running away anytime they hear BH is on its way like it was during the buffoon rule.
