Tis a letter that describes your;
1)Personality
2)Career objectives
3)Strength
4) Other packages
With a very good alignment with the job specification and requirements...
In this case of graduate trainee...
Let poise for learning, team work, passionate interest, whollistic organization goals pursuit and adaptation to workable environment be some things to consider in your penning...
Mind you, be grammatically correct in your writing...
