Aluko's Bail Conditions Must Not Be Less Than $40m With Sureties In Like Sum by BERNIMOORE(op): 5:23pm On Feb 03, 2016
1, There was a Tribunal, that was opened to take evidencies Within a due time ALUKO KEPT MUTE EXPECTING TO BE THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO FAYOSE
2, When Fayose Won The Tribunal, and APC Went to Appeal Court ALUKO KEPT MUTE EXPECTING TO BE THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO FAYOSE
3, When Fayose Won at The Court of Appeal and APC Went to Supreme Court ALUKO Was Aware and Healthy but for selfish and personal reasons, he KEPT MUTE EXPECTING TO BE THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO FAYOSE
4, And Finally when Fayose Won The Supreme Court, and APC Went to Appeal Court ALUKO did not only KEPT MUTE, But even jubilate with Fayose at the Govnt house in Ado ekiti because he was EXPECTING TO BE THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO FAYOSE

But After waiting for elapsment of all evidencies in within the tribunal to supreme court and due to reasons 'within the party' Aluko went out to vomit a late self-indictment-evidence to commit himself in a case that he need to provide evidence beyond reasonable doubt to back-up

a, Olisa Metuh charged with N400m Got A bail Condition of 400M and N200m each for suretees
b, Dokposi Got a bail condition of N200m with suretees in like sun

The World is watching the bail condition of Aluko's self indicted confession Outside the Mandatory time to give evidence before tribunals and supreme court.

Court issued Warrant of Arrest against TKO ALUKO for Perjury. Police ordered to arrest him.

CONFIRMED: Court Orders Arrest Of Ekiti PDP Secretary Over $37m Rigging Confession, See Evidence
A Chief Magistrate Court in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital has ordered the State Commissioner of Police to arrest of former State Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Temitope Aluko over alleged perjury.
Chief Magistrate Adesoji Adegboye gave this order today, upon a Motion Ex-parte number MAD/10cm/2016, filed by the Ekiti State Government against Mr Aluko and the State Commissioner of Police, pursuant to Section 117 of the Criminal Code Law, Cap C16, law of Ekiti State 2012, Section 79 of the Ekiti State Administration of Criminal Justice Law 2014 and Section 23 (D) of the Magistrates’ Courts Law 2014 In the Motion, which was filed and moved by the State Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), Mr Gbemiga Adaramola, an order of the court was sought to issue warrant of arrest against Mr Aluko to be executed by the State Commissioner of Police for the purpose of committing him (Aluko) for trial for the offence of perjury. Chief Magistrate Adegboye said the order was granted as a means for the first defendant (Aluko) to attend the court for defence.
The matter was premised upon an application to the State Attorney General by a lawyer, Mr Sunday Olowolafe, calling for the prosecution of Mr Aluko for alleged perjury. The legal practitioner said; “I hereby apply to your office that Dr Temitope Kolawole Aluko be arrested and sued for perjury in view of the interview recently granted on Channels Television by 8:00pm on Sunday 31 January, 2016. “The said Dr Temitope Kolawole Aluko now recanted the evidence he gave in the cause of the hearing of the Ekiti State Governorship Election Petition as a star witness even up to the Supreme Court. The Certified True Copy of the State on Oath, evidence of Dr Temitope Kolawole Aluko in Court on the 12/11/14 and Nigerian Tribune and The Punch newspapers of Monday, 01/02/2016 that reported the interview granted are hereto attached. “It is to be noted that this if this act (Perjury) is not looked into, it will definitely defile the cause of justice and consequently rubbished the judicial proceedings.”

Did Aluko receive that amount from anybody? Maybe you meant to say Fayose and Obanikoro?

Anyway, I believe this is an Ekiti state magistrate court that has no correlation with Dasuki's and Olisa Metuh's trial in federal courts in Abuja.

But you obviously knew these, but just couldn't restrain yourself from showing the world you are stupid.

Aluko will be found guilty on a cheap crime but not before his recants has served as evidence to damn the likes of Jonathan, Fayose, Obanikoro and Ifeanyi Uba on heavier crimes.

Find him guilty for his recants, then you stamp those same recants as valid evidence for the conviction of all those involved in the Ekiti fiasco.

illiteracy is a disease, read the case again its a perjury;

1,Fayose is having immunity, and Has won all his pre election cases to the highest supreme court after tenderng evidencies.
2,Aluko withheld criminal imformations from court till Elapsement of time scheduled for tendering evidencies

A late self-indictment-evidence to commit himself in a case that he need to provide evidence beyond reasonable doubt to back-up

Tell me something new.

You think his outburst was just for fun. He knows the price he has to pay, but also knows what his perjury conviction means to Fayose and his accomplices.

Once Aluko is convicted for perjury with his own assistance with credible evidences, Fayose would have succeeded in investing in his own future jail returns.

Think of Aluko as a suicide bomber.

fayose will win Ekiti like bayelsa, in 2019 just watch just like Dickson he will be leading 'from ON YOUR MARKS' Declare the election INCONCLUSIVE he will win the remaining polls, Oshokomole is loved by at least 85% of ekiti, lets wait till 2023 by then nobody remembers all these because PDP may have rebranded. so leave the story, Fayose is a doged fighter, and for sure Aluko is finished politically in Ekiti, go and ask of the judge that impeach fayose in Ado-ekiti today, he is retired poor, and finished dumped by obasanjo.

Fayose is already in his 2nd and final term.

Even if he runs to the senate, he will have no immunity seeing that is the exclusive preserve of governors and the president with their deputies.

I repeat, once Aluko is convicted for perjury which Nigeria's laws treat so lightly with an option of a cheap fine in lieu of an equally cheap prison time, then the evidences supplied to convict Aluko will serve for Fayose's waterloo.

It's only a foolish man like Fayose that wud orchestrate this kind of arrest without knowing the implications.
Aluko is intelligent enough to know he wud be arrested,by even federal agencies, not this kindergarten state magistrate court, for prosecution for perjury.I even suspect he was pushing for it with d number of news channels he visited and number of news conferences he gave with the same story and evidences. He is also aware nothing can be done to Fayose for now due to his immunity.
But this is where he wants to hit Fayose bad and the intellectually challenged gov is not seeing it:convict him(Aluko)for perjury,u then discountenance his tribunal evidence and accept these present version of his story.Whenever Fayose exhausts his immunity, which is just about 2yrs from now, other parties will then approach a court to compel the same police to arrest Fayose for fraud, based on previous conviction of Aluko for perjury, and if d authorities want to really hit him well, to argue that his entire tenure as governor be expunged bcoz it was ab initio a product of a criminal act.
Of course Fayose is st upidly not seeing beyond his nose and is playing right into the hands of Aluko.

How can one help you guy? was it fayose that cause the arrest warrant?
a lawyer in Ado Ekiti here, Olowulafe Sunday, wrote a petition to the Attorney General of Ekiti state and you should know that the Attorney General of Ekiti also has the power to prosecute an offender.

“So based on the petition of that lawyer, there is no how the Attorney General of a state can prosecute crime without the police first investigating what was alleged. It is on this basis that the Attorney General approached the court to give an order that the police should arrest and investigate him (Aluko) so that he can be prosecuted.

”Dr. Aluko had last week claimed that what transpired in the 2014 governorship election in the state was a high level of manipulation, claiming that the military was used to rig the election in favour of Fayose.

He also alleged that former President, Goodluck Jonathan gave $37mto Fayose to use in prosecuting the election. Meanwhile, Olayinka disclosed that the arrest order came as a result of allegations of perjury, stating that the embattled former PDP chief had earlier testified before the tribunal that the election that brought in Fayose was devoid of irregularities.
