Am honestly and innocently confused. Biko who is the president of Niger Republic?

Isn't President BUHARI the president of Nigeria ? and I thought our flag was Green white Green? Why is he sitting where the Niger president is to sit with Niger flag and Niger name tag.

Adonbelivit Hmmmmmm I pray we don't wake up one day to realize they've sold Nigeria to Niger.
