MTN You guys SUCK big time! Its been one issue after the other and I'm frustrated and so done with your rubbish network! After registering my sim 5 times, you sent me a message to go register or be banned, which I did, under the rain; the rain beat the hell out of me!

That one did not even pass when my BIS expired and you refused to clear the cache from your end so I could autorenew. After calling your customer care for days, one "slow" CCR told me to send EXPIRE to 21600 and didn’t deem it fit to tell me the weight of that sms.

When it didn’t deliver the first time, I sent it two more times, with the same result. After deciding to do a hard reset for the 10th time, the cache finally cleared and my BIS auto-renewed. Only for it to expire 2 hours later. A CCR at your service center told me the EXPIRE I sent more than once cleared the new BIS and since I still had two more EXPIREs hanging, I was going to have issues if I renewed.

It’s been 5 days now since you guys promised to return the BIS on my line 0706 233 3081 and nothing yet. You guys are so messed up I wonder why I remain with you!

Hi there, so sorry about this. I'm currently working on your BB issue and you will get feedback shortly. With regards you your registration, I can confirm that your line is not currently blocked. However, I apologize for the experience you had with the registration process. We are working to make the process smoother for our esteemed customers.

Right here on Nairaland, there is an MTN customer care thread where you can simply get across to me to have any customer care requests or complaints resolved promptly. Here's the link https://www.nairaland.com/1379574/mtn-customer-care-thread
