Yes, the vagina clamps firmly on it disrupting blood flow or something like that so it can't go limp. The vaginal muscles need to expand on its own or surgically for the penis to be removed

Pray to God, cus it's Magun or better still calm the woman down as anxiety can cause it. Pouring water might help, if it still stays that way for an hour then it's straight to the hospital but I doubt the pain will make any man wait for an hour

It can be anybody but its more prominent in people that have anxiety during sex, or suffer from painful sex...it's just that Women that exercise tend to have stronger vaginas and if it happens the pain would be more compared to someone that as a Borehole for a Vagina
