Hello gurus pls I need Ur assistance my car has been dropping oil of recent and I hv of recent started topping my power steering oil component lately took it to my Mech n told me my steering box is the culprit @ the passengers side so I told him I will get back to him pls house how much will dis cost me to fix or better still replace becos he was not precise abt the price to change the full power steering box of both side left n right thnks all waiting for Ur response. |

Did ur mechanic show u where the leakage is at ur power steering rack or hose |

GAZZUZZ:Thanks GAZZUZZ for being so helpful here, my car which is the same model with that of the poster gives me exactly the same kinda trouble. My mechanic says to change the steering rack it will cost me about 25k. I am hoping he will do a good job at it. I am based in Onitsha, can U direct me to anybody that I can trust? Thanks. |
