The community boys have stopped us working and negotiations are in place, but we have dug our borehole and have done our site office/store.

Uwie youths are a pain in the ass. I wish you luck building in warri! I am from warri and to just renovate my compound is a pain because of those jobless youths. Thinking of selling off all my property in warri not worth the stress

You are very correct.

When you want to put roof they will come, when you want to put windows there will come, when you finish there will come annually for "deve" fees will is development fees. To collect money from tenants will be a big headache. You be so frustrated sorry to say that you will sell off even at a loss

This is the major reason warri and its surrounds are so under developed because the growing youths think it's their birth right to frustrate land owners and builders

I will like to hear how much there are asking and what is the reason? My guy I go suggest you sell that land and forget warri. Even Shell packed and left warri. Let the boys suffer under development
