For Hall Authority to Pay, go to the Hall Application portal and enter your mat number, it will display either 'still being processed' or 'has been approved'.

For receipts go to your portal, login and view your payments, click on payment made to view and print the receipt.

A friend payed without access to his mail, like most he couldn't log in to his mail account but payed and viewed his receipt(he doesn't wanna print B/W)
