I have never heard or seen such before in my life, my parents both have blood genotype AA and i don't know why mine is AS, am considering another lab test

Please your advice is needed, cos am dam worried

you're not the true son of your father,. Go talk one on one with your mum.

Don't tell your daddy this but he is not your real dad. Check if the gardener or gateman they had then had an AA genotype.

Try another standard hospital and run your blood sample..

You guys shouldn't poison the O.P's mind so soon, maybe. When a proffessional comes on in. At least or he try the blood sample elsewhere

THEN FIND OUT FROM A PROFESSIONAL IF WHAT HAPPENED IS POSSIBLE

I have heard you guys opinion and another worrisome part is that my elder bro tested AS too but my remaining 4 sliblings are normal (AA)


Am thinking that may be there is a mistake is somewhere, that either of them may be AS.... Cos am not sure if they do carry out marriage counselling then, just confused

Your parents need to have their test redone. .. if they both come out AA, then you and your bro should have yours redone too, if AS, then ask questions. ...

Do this in a good hospital pls...

Why are you getting yourself worked up when you've confirmed nothing? ? First things first..
Let your parents have their tests redone. . You're even d the one that stated they may not have done it in their time, so let them do it first..

Which makes me wonder how you concluded that your parents are both AA when you're still saying they may not have done the test...

OP it is either;
1. You were adopted.
2. Your sample was swapped in the lab.

Whatever the case, you need to have the test re-done.

I think it may be more straight forward than you think.

I know someone it happened to, it eventually turned out that the father is AS but a test result had told him AA before in error

My advice...go to another lab and run the test, if your genotype remains AS, get your parents to run the test again

Could it be the doc swapped kids after delivery?
