A friend of mine used to experience severe pains at the lower abdomen any time she is seeing her menses. She tried so many things but they could not solve the situation. There's no how u will be on period and not feel discomfort. Whether little or much.

She should try to avoid sugar a week b4 she sees her menses.
Take warm lipton(only)
If she takes alcohol, she can take dry gin a day b4
