Hello Friends, I want to transfer money to someone abroad. Between western Union and Paypal which is cheaper to do that? Hoping for una knowlegdable replies.

Tell them to visit the nearest zenith,first or diaomond bank and tell them they wanna make a transfer its limited to $1000 though

each branch in zenith can only send 150$ daily,I no no where u hear 1000$ from ohh
