Hello guys,

Where can I get a car scanner for personal use. Am planning to get a car, I have seen one I like but I wanted to get a scanner to do check up with as well as for future use.

Anyone with an idea where I can get one in PH, and also a good mechanic that can do a proper check up on a car and give me his honest opinion before I buy what I'll regret.
