Hello friends please help me out.. My friends infinix hot note is popping d above error message... Please how can we resolve it., we've tried everything even hard starting.. Thanks for ur contributions in advance.

Thanks Victor but I've done dat and no results... The whole thing is beginning to frustrate us, that's why I thought I should bring d problem here.

Quite simple.. Cos factory reset won't do..

Just download the infinix hot note stock rom..

Just about 808mb and flash it on pc using SP Flash tools and your phone should be back and better in no time within mins...

Download it via any means and extract it to any folder on your PC...

Then use SP Flash tools to flash it... {Format and download option preferably}

Take it to an engineer for flashing before you kill your phone doing the wrong thing

Why dont you start by looking for what weqr is first? Google it or search through the phone's app list.

If you have rooted the phone look for it via titanium backup.
Attack the problem not just chasing the wind..

This was done by installing a new stock rom and then upgrading the OS from 4.4.2 Kitkat to 5.1 Lollipop version.
