APC and in deed Nigeria as presently constituted lacks the moral, social, ethical and whatever right to question or ask questions relating to academic qualification of anybody.

When our President is using a WASSC issued by not his then Principal but one after 40years and even his party, APC claims he is more qualified even with NEPA bill?
