OP, i guess the governors arm twisted the FG to making illegal deductions from the ECA before they decided to have their share and if i may ask, what exactly did the clueless GEJ achieve with his share? |

luvinhubby:Loooool. The protests were held in Almost every state in the SW and the North. Heck in Ekiti, it was led by a Catholic priest. In Kano, while the Muslims prayed, the Christians formed a ring around them so why are you on about Ojota? Those protests were part of the most unifying forces in our recent history and why did we protest? We did not protest because we were against subsidy removal, we protested because we did not trust the Nigerian government to do anything meaningful with the money saved and were we justified? Yes. What happened to the money from the "partial removal of subsidy"? |

Yyeske:People always love point fingers forgetting that 3 fingers point right back at them. The FG got 55% of the funds and how come they did not save out of that money? What was done with the money that went to the FG from the ECA? Things like this is why the former administration was voted out. I will keep saying that until people realize that Nigerians did not vote in President Buhari bit voted out President Jonathan, we will keep going in circles |

oduastates:False statistics. The states combined only get approximately 24%. The revenue sharing formula is 52:26:21 to the Federal, state and local governments respectively. Jonathan and Okonjo Iweala were illegally spending from the excess crude account without permission from the states and local governments and then giving flimsy excuses when queried. |

Mynd44:Story! story!....stooorrryyyy!!! Was the subsidy removal the only adverse policy of GEJ? If you protested subsidy removal, why did you not protest against boko haram & show support for our troops against them as was done in Niger, Chad & Cameroon? |
