Anyway sha, has anyone tried to reason out the odds of getting a success mail if they're taking only 60 people? Each time I think about it, I just cringe and lose hope. 60 people out of 600 is like 10%.

So out of 20 people on your day of the AC, only 2 will get in. Approx. 540 regret mails will be sent out. Many groups in the group discussion won't even have any member make it to medicals...I've been "following" and "unfollowing" this thread like God knows what. I'm not trying to be a pessimistic someborry but ponder on this.

One very absurd and difficult prayer point of mine has always been if NLNG is not in God's plan for my life, let me NOT get it. Last last, I will wail and move on eventually.

@ ladyF I did a similar analysis here sometime last year. On the day of AC when asked about the no of intakes the supervisor said “it depends on a no of factors however it wouldn’t exceed 70”. The road has been narrow since inception. That ur prayer is equivalent to Father let your will be done.

Hmmmm....I really do admire your faith.

My fellow hopefuls, I think this is a time for positive interactions, let's all leave an indelible mark of hope and support for one another, let's all lay a solid foundation of hope for the common man through our Union here, regardless of admittance into NLNG (since it is pertinent to say not all will get it). Someone here may not get into NLNG and perhaps becomes Nigeria's President someday or DMD, NLNG through other source (NNPC).

There is no doubt we are all resilient and indifatigable in our own ways, we should please thread with caution, we may meet on our way down even after conflicts on our way up!

Remember they say 'The return of the clan, was not the end of the King'.

I pray we all achieve greatness someday and make Nigeria phenomenal among commity of Nations.

It's a good development. No possible extrapolations though, given that Iraq and Iran still pump significantly high volumes. Saudi and Russia also have reached their peaks, so not much volume increase was expected from them.

Hmmmm maguy I really don't know where to start from. And this is regardless of the fact that many things are happening which ought not to due to all the 'katakata' happening in the industry. But still on still maguy na real paradise. Just to mention one point, they really have the welfare of their staff at heart. This makes you feel special. Amongst a host of other reasons.
