even if u flood the house with judges that is inconsequential what he has done is contrary to the law and if he is found guilty he must be made to face the law. I feel the SAN's are shameless and this are the lawyers the country have to beware of |

Don't get it twisted we have different SANs in this country..... Follow follow SAN Chop make I chop SAN Corrupt SAN Almijiri SAN Shameless SAN Authentic SAN Never won a case SAN SAN for hire SAN Jeess they are many to mention..... SAN is no longer respected after the show of shame they partook in during Saraki's CCT trial....If you are as good as you claim to be as a SAN...only one or two can handle any case in Nigeria...... But as usual they trooped out to support a colleague (partner in shady business) just to save their own assssss when it reach their turn, as none of them is clean, to face the real music........... God please save the poor who can't afford 90 iddiots to intimidate justice. |

If yu must know, most of these SANs constitutes the Body of Benchers. They can remove even the Chief Justice of Nigeria in a twinkle of an eye. In fact, if a SAN wants to see the Chief Justice of Nigeria, he doesn't need an appointment but let that judge come to see the CJN if he doesn't spend weeks trying to book an appointment. That case is death on arrival and no wonder no SAN appeared for the EFCC this time around. ![]() |

90 end time Stupid Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) following a fellow rogue SAN to court to intimidate the judge! They are shameless indeed!! I wish someone could publish their names for the public to know the real enemies of Nigerians. They should be charged for copyright infringement as they just copied the concept from Saraki and fellow rogue Senators without permission!!! If I were the judge, I will simply jail the Tarfa and see if heavens will fall. These lawyers are unfit for a sane society, their place is in the jungle. Shioor. |

It is not madness how these SANs flooded the court, it is to ensure non violation of the defendant's constitutional right to liberty. If I were Tarfa, I would have gone to court with double the number of those SANs!!! |

Elosky20:Buhai wasn't wrong after all when he said his greatest concern is the judiciary because if the judiciary is sane they can bring both the executive and the legislative to their knees. |

TheAdvocate:Correct. You notice how the Judge quickly granted him bail based on self recognition. Even the EFCC Lawyer knows his limits. |

If Tafa should need 90 SANs to defend him before the court of man I wonder how many he will need in the court of GOD. |
| Re: Rickey Tarfa, Arraigned; Floods Court With 90 Sans by Nobody: 10:00pm On Feb 16, 2016 |
Mr Saraki did same, he went to court with the "whole" Senate. In Nigeria the wrong seems to be the right. Black man with very dark and black way of reasoning. |

Mobebi:Dear learning colleague, I beg to disagree. Your opinion is baseless. Support with facts. The truth is our leaders have failed us. Nigerians have also failed themselves because our leaders are but a reflection of the citizens. Prolly cos you're still a Law student, your knowledge of Nigerian Law, substantive and procedural is yet to be holistic. With time you'll get a clearer picture. |

The presiding judge couldn't have put it any better. The appearance of 90 SANs for Rickey Tarfa who, indeed, by the Constitution is entitled to Counsel of his choice is indeed a villainous attempt to intimidate the Honorable Court. His right to Counsel of his choice is not an absolute right. It is qualified by the right of the court not to be intimidated by Counsel. Their action is to be deprecated and condemned. It puts the legal profession and indeed their rank in bad light in the eye of the public. Little wonder, some might say, why neither Jacobs SAN nor Opeseitan SAN were in court for EFCC as usual. |

Elosky20:Shut up. If i had heard about the matter, I would have appeared with at least another 40 wigs. These EFCC guys are beginning to feel too important. They want Rickey detained? Like seriously? Over what? Madness at its apogee. What do you mean by intimidation of the court? why didnt the judge walk them out. They had right of appearance up to Supreme court and even if all the lawyers in Nigeria choose to appear for a single accused, there is nothing anybody can do about it. |

THe 90 silk wigs must each have taken one junior with them under the rules of practise. I cant stop laughing. The judge never see intimidation and i am sure the EFCC team must be asking themselves what led them into this show of shame. EFCC is police, Lawyers teach the police even at the police college, so they should learn to respect their superiors. |

Elosky20:..and what job is that if i may ask? Allowing half literate power drunk police men under the toga of EFCC nomenclature to be embarrassing people anyhow? Have you gone to the EFCC office? Even when you are there for a client, they collect your phone and tag it and wish you success because they believe you may even not come down from their offices as you may be detained alongside your client? Please lets stop being mundane here |
