We finally stormed Aba, the most vibrant city in Abia state. We are here to add to the architecture of this great city, we are her to continue works on an already ongoing project, just past the foundation stage. Details of the project are as follows;

Even from here I can c that the dpc is quite low, not high enough I mean.

No structural implications in your opinion or what are the structural features to compensate for it?

Not so low to cause problems, during the compound landscaping stage, we will take adequate level to elevate the DPC further. The house is sitting 500mm higher than some other houses in the neighborhood.

Sir we can supply you high quality paint and even produce on site and paint if you want. Some of my jobs are in my thread

Work has been going very smoothly here. My men has been busy here and will continue to work till next week. Iron reinforcement all done and completed, my carpenters took over the site today.

We plan to start working on the decking by next week. More pictures later.
