The rate @ which people are using broken bottles to kill one another and also burning thieves with Tyres is unbecoming.

Humanity is fast loosing it's ignity and compassion.This is so sad.
Night clubs,parties, school campuses,social functions are living witnesses of such casualties.

Broken bottles and breaking bottles are always a crime and now i begin to wonder why such things r always happening.

Bae's ,Boos, rivals,betrayals,killers,murderer's use broken bottles all the times.

Enough is enough.Any one who deliberately breaks bottles in resorting to violence should be jailed or made to pay fines in any occasion and at any function.

This is what must be done in order to avert unecessary loss of lives.

Government should pass a Broken bottle and tyre burning prohibition law into bill.

Anyone who for or other purposes except recycling or disposal breaks a bottle or burns tyres with the intent of harming his fellow human being in whatsoever case regardless of self defence shall be thus charged a fine of 2000 naira and in case of murder or manslaughter shall be charged to court.

Anyone who accidently breaks a bottle would not be charged to court.
